To raise the visibility of Ghana as an emerging, high growth marketplace, attract North American companies to do business in Ghana, and improve the viability of business conditions and opportunities in Ghana .

  • Operate an office location for use in training, meetings, product reviews and visitors.
  • Operate as liaison for visiting Ghanaian officials and dignitaries.
  • Plan, implement and review business development strategies and tactics.
  • Establish relationships with International Development Organizations.
  • Act as clearinghouse for Ghanaian projects, information, contracts, contacts, etc.
  • Develop contacts and build relationships with media and press in North America.
  • Inform & educate North American Governments at all levels, trade and professional associations,  industry groups, Private Voluntary organizations and companies regarding the opportunities and benefits of doing business in Ghana.
  • Develop a source of qualified vendors and consultants for Ghanaian business development.

      methods, advances in plumbing technology, heavy equipment 
      preventive maintenance and repair, inventory control and 
      distribution methodologies and practices, electric energy
      control, stores management.) 
    · Research potential solutions for identified rehabilitation and 
      other project needs.
    · Develop and maintain needs analysis information
    · Develop and implement project definition materials.
    · Perform “Due Diligence” on potential project vendors and 
      any other potential contractor or consultant to Ghana to 
      determine legitimacy and viability to participate in an
      international project (i.e. status of patents, credit check,
      business references, current/past clients, financial record)

  8. Inform & educate North American governments at all levels, trade and professional associations,
      industry groups,  non-profit organizations and companies regarding the opportunities for, and 
      benefits of, doing business in Ghana.
    · Implement program for membership in Ghanaian Business Development Association (Premiere, Special, Associate) 
      including invitation to sponsors/participate in private semi-annual business development seminars held in US and 
      semi-annual business development seminars held in Ghana.
      Preparation & distribution of Ghanaian marketing literature to target industries with federal, state and local 
      governments, identifying in particular, the primary agencies, contacts and Ghana-focused/related programs and/or
      departments.
    · Research, identification and contact with appropriate personnel.
    · Exchange of information through planned, regular communication.
    · Database development and tracking of contacts and resources.
    · Visit and meeting plan for maintaining contact, relationship building.
    · Facilitation of contact by Ghanaian counterpart.
    · Relationship development with business associations, professional associations, and trade associations, locally to
      internationally, such as Chambers of Commerce, World Trade Center, International Marketing Association, Pacific 
      Trade Association, Primary industry associations, (i.e. Professional Engineers Association, American Public Works 
      Association).
    · Propose, secure funding, coordinate writing, and publish primary industry reports highlighting plans, opportunities,
      potential projects, benefits, and joint ventures.
    · Identify and develop relationships with North American Private Voluntary organizations.
    · Prepare newsletter for market-wide distribution.
    · Develop and implement general and industry-targeted marketing plan.
    · Commercial: Construction, Consumer Goods, and Tourism.
    · Public: Humanitarian Aid & Environment.
    · TIO Grand Opening ceremony and Open-house.
    · Develop creative education kits/information packages and marketing materials/logo for distribution to business and 
      professional associations, education institutions, libraries.
    · Develop and maintain World Wide Web Internet site for Ghana with business opportunities, special services, success
      stories, interesting local information, and special interest stories information, to be updated biweekly with creativity.

  9. Develop source of qualified vendors for projects and Joint Venture companies
